Accommodations
Request ADA accommodations
Residents, visitors, and volunteers have certain rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). One of those rights is to get the help they need to communicate. This could include things like an interpreter if they need one. If an individual feels that a government agency has not respected their rights, they may file a complaint to get help. This type of complaint is also called a grievance. When someone files a complaint, they will get a written answer as soon as possible. Responses will take no longer than 30 business days.
