The Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy (VSHSL) Implementation Plan is a strategy-by-strategy plan that details how the 2024-2029 VSHSL proceeds will be invested in King County’s communities to improve overall health and well-being, help communities thrive, and reduce disparities throughout King County.

Request for Proposals (RFP) for FS 6: Human Services Workforce Stabilization
The King County Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) is pleased to release this Request for Proposals (RFP) for FS 6: Human Services Workforce Stabilization with funding from the Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy (VSHSL). This investment aims to improve staff recruitment and retention within organizations with active DCHS or VSHSL contracts providing human services in King County. This opportunity is open to eligible organizations that are funded by DCHS or VSHSL, and have an active contract as of January 1, 2027. Full eligibility requirements are detailed in the RFP.
