Workforce Stabilization Incentive
For new and returning ORCA Business Passport customers
The Workforce Stabilization Incentive helps reduce the cost of providing transit benefits to employees. This incentive makes annual ORCA Business Passport contracts more affordable for organizations, allowing them to provide unlimited regional transit access to better support employee recruitment, retention and workforce stability.
How it works
ORCA Business Passport contracts start on the first day of the month. To allow time for processing, enroll at least 15 days before your desired start date. Employers must cover all employees but can exclude anyone who is already receiving transportation benefits through another employer or subsidy program.
- First-time eligible customers may receive a 35% annual incentive, up to $10,000 per year, for up to three years.
- Returning eligible customers may receive 15% off annual incentive costs, up to $3,000, for up to three years.
