District 7 Resident Nancy Salguero McKay Appointed as Executive At-Large Representative

The King County Council has confirmed the appointment of Nancy Salguero McKay, a resident of Council District 7, to the King County Cultural Development Authority (4Culture) as an executive at-large representative. The motion was sponsored by Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer.

4Culture is King County’s cultural development authority and supports the region’s arts, heritage, preservation, and public art programs. Governed by a board of directors, 4Culture works to enhance the cultural vitality of communities throughout King County by investing in creative industries, preserving local history, and expanding access to cultural opportunities.

Board members are appointed by the King County Executive and confirmed by the King County Council. As an executive at-large representative, Ms. Salguero McKay will help provide oversight and strategic guidance to the organization as it advances its mission of supporting and sustaining culture across King County.
