LCR 53.2. Court Commissioners

In accordance with GR 7, the King County Superior Court has adopted emergency changes to LCR 53.2. The changes can be found here: Local Civil Rule 53.2 (Court Commissioners)

  (a)-(e)  Reserved.
(f) Affidavits--Court Commissioners. Affidavits of prejudice or for change of Court Commissioner will not be recognized. The remedy of a party is for a motion for revision under RCW 2.24.050.
