Quinn oversees a budget of approximately $350 million and a staff of 295 employees in three divisions – Community Services; Developmental Disabilities; and Mental Health, Chemical Abuse and Dependency Services.
Among the agency’s key initiatives are: continuing implementation of plans to end homelessness; enhancement of the coordination of services for veterans; and transformation of regional health and human services to achieve greater collaboration across systems, improve outcomes for individuals and families, and reduce disparities in health and well-being.
As executive director of the Medina Foundation in Seattle, Quinn led strategic initiatives to improve services for vulnerable populations, including homeless housing, domestic violence programs, food distribution, and youth development. She also served as director of the Seattle Office of Housing. She has received numerous awards in her career, and in 2006 was named one of Washington's Top 50 Women Lawyers.
