Permitting reports 

The monthly lists of applications and permits on this page are not the same records reported on the dashboard. Each one uses different filters and serves different purposes.

• The monthly lists report all types of permits, and their application and issuance dates.
• The dashboard includes only residential building permits that were applied for after January 1, 2025, and issued in the past 12 months.
• The dashboard separates applicant time from King County review time.
• Neither the monthly lists nor the dashboard includes canceled or incomplete applications.
