How to file complaints and concerns

Report an environmental health question or concern

File a complaint about a regulated water recreation facility in King County. Select “Don’t see what you are looking for? Create a New Request.” Under request type, select “Water rec facility complaint”.

Note: this does not include swim beaches.

For questions and concerns about septic systems (for example, a failing/leaking system), or about septic professionals send a request in Service Request Access.

Public Health does not investigate mold complaints or conduct mold assessments.
