Canadian Protection Order Forms

Chapter 26.55 RCW

A person can file an existing Canadian domestic violence protection order in Washington. They can ask for an order to recognize or deny recognition and enforcement. Washington courts must follow the Canadian order's terms. Changes cannot be added unless the court refuses to enforce the Canadian order.
