Subarea plans
Community Service Area subarea plans help guide development decisions in King County’s six rural Community Service Areas and five urban potential annexation areas. We get feedback from these communities using guidance from the Office of Equity, Racial and Social Justice.

Subarea Plan Performance Measures Reports
We will develop and report on performance measures for each subarea plan. The King County Council approves the measures when they adopt each subarea plan, and we will report on the measures every two years following that adoption. Below are the reports completed to date:
