The 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update (Ordinance 19881) included updates responsive to the following.

• Vashon-Maury Island P-Suffix Conditions Report, December 2023
• Vashon Rural Town Affordable Housing Special District Overlay Final Evaluation, December 2023
• Vashon Rural Town Height Amendments

The Vashon-Maury island Sewer Local Service Area Report was transmitted to the King County Council in 2019.

Adopted 2017 Vashon-Maury Island Community Service Area Subarea Plan

The Vashon-Maury Island Subarea Plan was adopted by the King County Council on December 4, 2017.
