Superior Court

King County Superior Court is a general jurisdiction trial court. That means we can hear any kind of civil or criminal case, including family law, and juvenile cases. We have 3 main locations. The King County Courthouse and Patricia H. Clark Children and Family Justice Center are both in Seattle. The Maleng Regional Justice Center (MRJC) is in Kent. We also have the Involuntary Treatment Act Court at Harborview Medical Center. Several recent decisions are available here.
