King County’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy + Resiliency (C-PACER) Program is now accepting applications. This new loan program allows commercial and multi-family buildings to secure low-cost financing from private lenders to make upgrades to their properties – including energy and water efficiency, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, seismic and resiliency upgrades, electrification improvements, and more.

King County Executive Dow Constantine today announced $23.4 million in funding for seven projects that will generate 409 units of affordable housing throughout King County. The projects support the development of affordable housing options for individuals and families including people experiencing homelessness or domestic violence.

Executive Constantine announced the purchase of an additional 400,000 COVID-19 test kits, following last week’s purchase of an initial 300,000 home kits. The first portion of the tests is scheduled to arrive next week.
