Who to contact
If you are looking for payment from King County, your primary point of contact is going to be the specific agency that you are working with. If you are unable to receive a response from your agency contact, email us at central.ap@kingcounty.gov.
Payment options
King County prefers to use electronic payment. For purchases under $10,000, P-Card (credit card) is preferred. For all other purchases, Automated Clearing House (ACH) is preferred. If you want to get paid through ACH, contact your King County agency representative. If you don’t want to get paid with a P-Card or ACH, you will get a paper check instead.
