Project coordination and management

We provide the following services:

  • Project planning – we translate our clients’ project goals into specific sampling and testing strategies. To do this, we assist our clients in implementing a sampling and analysis plan (SAP).
    • The plan describes a project’s:
      • Scope of work
      • Sampling methods
      • Laboratory tests
      • Project goals
      • Quality assurance
      • Roles and responsibilities of each team member
  • Technical consultation – identify the tests needed to complete project objectives.
  • Regulatory consultation – inform clients on environmental regulations and how to comply.
  • Coordinate with contract laboratories and other technical services as needed.
  • Final report generation.
