Meeting and speaking requests

Please complete either of the following Microsoft Forms to either request a meeting with Executive Zahilay or a member of his staff, or to request his attendance to speak at or attend an event. 

Due to the volume of requests the Executive’s Office receives, not all requests will be granted. You will be contacted within two weeks of receiving your request.
