If you are invited by NAICS codeto participate in a publicly advertised solicitation, you will get updates automatically when changes or addenda are issued.

If you were not invited, you can still view all advertised solicitations on the Solicitations Abstract webpage.

You can access the solicitation without being registered. To respond to the solicitation, you must register in the E-Procurement Supplier Portal. Once registered, log in and click "View Active Solicitations" on the homepage to find the one you’re interested in. To respond and see any updates, you need to select "Acknowledge Participation".

King County uses rosters for projects that cost less than $500,000.

These projects aren’t unadvertised, and only roster members can submit proposals. Since these projects are smaller, they are a great fit for small businesses.
