Equal benefits to employees with domestic partners
To be eligible for contracts of $25,000 or more, firms may not discriminate when providing employee benefits to employees with spouses and those with domestic partners. Compliance with the Equal Benefit Ordinance and Public Rule is a mandatory condition for King County contract execution.
