Document holders list
This list details all suppliers who have accessed the specifications and documents for King County’s publicly advertised solicitations. We update this report every business day.
Since the list can change daily, we maintain two weeks' worth of reports organized by date. When an addendum is issued, the Document Holders list for that solicitation is reset. Suppliers must take action again to appear in future reports.
For best results, we recommend you use a browser that is not Internet Explorer.
Attendees lists and past submittals
This report includes documents that are not part of the formal solicitation process, but do provide extra information to interested businesses; specifically, attendee lists, past submittals, and presentations.
- Attendees Lists: These lists are records the individuals who attended a meeting before a bid or proposal is due.
- Submittals: These are the successful and unsuccessful bids and proposals from past solicitations. The availability of these documents depends on the type of solicitation.
- Pre-Bid Site Tour: This is a record of individuals who attended a tour of a physical location relevant to the invitation to bid.
- Presentations: These are the slides from the presentation at a pre-bid or pre-proposal meeting.
- Reference: This is a general document that may be helpful for those interested in bidding or proposing for a contract but are not a required part of the solicitation.
