Document holders list

This list shows all the suppliers who have looked at the details and documents for King County’s publicly advertised solicitations. We update the list every business day.

Because the list might change every day, we keep a record for two weeks, sorted by date. If a change (addendum) is added, the Document Holders list for that solicitation is reset. Suppliers need to act again to be included in future reports.

For best results, use a browser other than Internet Explorer.

Attendees lists and past submittals

This report has additional documents that are not part of the formal solicitation process. They give more information for businesses that are interested. These documents include:

• Attendees Lists: These are lists of people who went to a meeting before a bid or proposal was due.
• Submittals: These are examples of past bids and proposals that were both successful and unsuccessful.. What you can see depends on the type of solicitation.
• Pre-Bid Site Tour: This record shows the names of the people who went on a tour of a site related to the bid.
• Presentations: These are the slides shown at a meeting before the bid or proposal deadline.
• Reference: This is a helpful document for anyone thinking about submitting a bid or proposal,even though it is not required.
